Another busy night out at the house!

This is the basement wall that I built--I'm quite proud of myself--since it has to fit around the pipes for the infloor heat--and there has to be something for the pipes to be mounted on.

The fireplace is in place! We still need Canyon Plumbing to come back out and hook up the gas line.




The dormer window in the master bedroom. Todd also completed the framing at the dormer for the drywall (can't see it in this picture, but it was one of the things on the list!!!)

Here are a few pictures of the finished shingles--minus the ridge vents!! I will get a few interior pictures tomorrow hopefully!

A rainless weekend...

We made it through the weekend without rain--and we have all the shingles on!!! We need to put the ridge vents on still, but it is so close... We only have 2 partial walls to finish in the basement, and a little bit to finish on the main floor staircase. The basement stairs went in on Saturday morning. We will continue to be out there every night this week--I promise to get pictures tomorrow (as long as it isn't raining....which it shouldn't be!). Looks like the drywallers should be ready to go on June 15ish.
