A Few More Finishing Touches

Todd has been working on a few little things over the last couple months, and they make a big difference. He continues to work on baseboards, headers, casings. Some of the bigger projects were installing the ceiling fan upstairs, painting the stair railings, and getting the deck frame complete. The steam shower door. It took 8 weeks for it to be ordered and installed.

The backsplash in the ensuite. We have just requested a quote for mirrors, so hopefully we will hear back within the week.

The installed ceiling fan upstairs. Jacob, Joshua and Nathan all helped with this one.....Nathan carried tools all over, Jacob and Joshua asked a million questions, and also helped get the scaffold into place.

The upper and lower parts of the railing are stained, and the middle will still need to be painted.

Hard to believe it was 21 degrees last weekend when Dad L and Todd completed the deck frame. This weekend the snow is blowing like crazy.......

The main floor bathroom backsplash. The mirror is temporary as we will be putting in a full size wall mirror, but we haven't ordered those yet. This bathroom looks almost finished.....
